Looking for an accomodation in GINZA can be quite challenging to balance between, room size, comfort, location and price! This hotel was what we found to be the best to maximise all aspects without compromising on the price! The staff are sweet, and very welcoming! And can we speak about this lovely touch of hand written and decorated note we had when we arrived to our room? We went all over Japa...

Forgot to leave a review back in 2023, but will list down what i think of the place. I remember the rooms being spacious enough. The beds weren’t bad (cannot stand hard mattresses). One thing that was annoying is taking an elevator just to go to the main area of check in. Then take another elevator to go to your floor. The area where you check in and grab amenities gets VERY noisy and packed with...

This is a wonderful hotel. Everything is very comfortable. The room is cleaned daily by the staff, and the hotel also offers a gym, laundry facilities, a bar, and breakfast. With reasonable prices and better quality compared to other hotels, I highly recommend everyone to try staying here💗💗💗

The room size is decent considering being in Japan. The location of the hotel is amazing though. There’s a supermarket nearby and lots of food options as well. Services wise is acceptable - very minimal. They have a self served amenities station in the lobby. The highlight was the lounge area. We travelled with seniors, so we had to order to takeout on couple of the nights and we dined in the loun...

Location was very convenient as it was near multiple stations in the heart of Ginza. Rooms were clean and spacious, specifically for Japan standards. Pajamas were given for our stay and replaced each time the room was clean. There's a Family Mart next door and a 7-Eleven + another Family Mart within a few blocks.

I loved the service. The staff were very attentive and helpful. In my experience, they were honest and helped me a lot to make my stay perfect. The rooms were super clean, the food was excellent. I highly recommend their breakfast buffet. The location is great. I would always come back. 10/10. Greetings from Mexico.
