However, we never expected to meet someone who speaks Spanish — and even less someone as kind, professional, and exceptional as Itziar. Although we have traveled extensively throughout Asia, this was our first time in China, and we encountered ...

At 6 am there was no one at the front desk and no ones answers the phone call. The view was fine. The breakfast was horrible, with very limited selections. Most hot plates were cold. The Chinese food selections were neither authentic nor delicious. If you would like ...

The check-in experience was poor. The staff allowed someone to cut in when the staff saw and knew I was waiting for the next available counter to go towards to. The room was OK and had a lot of wood in the interior and looked dated and aged. The breakfast buffet had a good range of food items.
