The room was great. Beautiful, well appointed, and duper comfortable. The remainder of the guest area was similarly inviting, and beautiful. The "smart" features are not smart. How is it better to choose your floor for the elevator on a giant screen outside of the elevator? Certainly not more secure, and makes the hotel invest in a screen on every floor instead of one control panel per elevator. A...

I booked this hotel for a business assignment, and it included a $30 daily credit for food and beverage. I thought that was a great perk since they had a bar and restaurant downstairs. The location is downtown which is currently under construction so there are closed roads leading to the hotel which make it hard to navigate. The valet was great they delivered my car every morning promptly the fron...

My family (wife, mom, and two kids) stayed here for Christmas and we had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond, even bringing us a microwave upon request and giving us great local recommendations. The hotel amenities are also excellent—they have a fancy restaurant and bar, plus a really nice rooftop bar. 5 stars!
