We absolutely fell in love with the Norumbega! We came for a few nights on our honeymoon and it was so wonderful relaxing here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The inn is just stunning and we loved looking at all the little details throughout. We dined at the restaurant on our first night and it was our favorite meal of our entire trip. The Norumbega deserves all its accolades, and has got to be my best stay to-date. It’s hard for me to imagine that #1 spot being overtaken anytime soon, in my book. This was a staycation during February. The accommodations are outstanding and the service is top-notch. The morning of our arrival, I received a text message asking for me to clarify our arrival time. I did this, and when we arrived, ...

We came right before the storm hit and it was a winter wonderland. We got snowed in one of the days and we were glad to be stuck, so much so we were hoping we would get snowed in long enough we would have to schedule a flight home later in the ...

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and had an absolutely fantastic time. The room and views are gorgeous, the staff is super friendly, and the food each morning was incredible. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. For the honeymoon, it was the perfect location. Maine and the surrounding areas are lovely, but The Norumbega was certainly the attraction.

I did not personally stay at this hotel, but I attended my friend's wedding here and they did an absolutely phenomenal job! The wedding was flawless and the way the hotel team decorated the inside of the inn for the reception was spectacular. I felt like I was in a movie. Oh, and I can't speak highly enough of the food quality! They recently earned a Michelen Key and we immediately found out why. ...

My husband and I spent part of our honeymoon here. We could not have asked for a better experience. It is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is so friendly. The food is so tasty. And it's a very short drive to lots of other cute restaurants and attractions.
