I wanted to like the Armstrong Hotel but quickly learned it was all style and no substance. The front desk gives the appearance of being very attentive and eager to help but when my car sustained $2,000 damage in the hotel's parking lot (hit and run) the manager was M I A. I had wanted some help in determining which red car had backed into my new car leaving me with an unexpected expense. I had be...

We had an amazing stay at The Armstrong Hotel. I hadn’t stayed there in a few years and was excited to stay with my wife and our dog. The Armstrong Hotel did not disappoint! Ed was top notch with getting us all setup. We will definitely be back in a few weeks. Highly recommend this hotel. Great staff and proximity to so many walkable places in the area.

My partner and I stayed here for a couple nights for our annual in-state staycation and it did not disappoint! The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping were all right outside. Downtown Fort Collins was super festive for the holidays. The room itself was very spacious. The bed was very comfy with a real duvet, unlike a lot of hotels these days....

The bed and bedding were very comfortable and they provide both a sound machine and earplugs. My room location was pretty quiet but it is an old building so I imagine that noise does travel. Reception was friendly and he...
