My fiancé and I stayed at The Elizabeth Hotel over Christmas expecting a special, memorable holiday experience. Instead, our stay was completely overshadowed by the fact that my fiancé’s and my Christmas gifts were stolen from the hotel, as well as a check for a large sum of money that was supposed to be our wedding gift. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled by the hotel’s ope...

We had booked a week at an Airbnb, but on the first night, the guests below got reeeeal scary, and police had to get involved. So suddenly we needed a room in the middle of the night. And we had a ton of groceries, both cold and frozen. The man who was on night duty was unbelievably gracious and helpful to us. Not only did he help us secure a room so late, he also used his spot in the staff freez...

It's one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in. The level of Elegance and professionalism was fantastic. The most comfortable hotel bed I have stayed in and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The sheets didn't feel like paper and the towels were thick /fluffy and did not reek of bleach. Closest thing to feeling like home in a high-end hotel. Love the music theme, super fun!

This hotel is very comfortable! It’s in the middle of downtown and has a great homie feel! You can walk to everything from this location in Fort Collins. The staff are very accommodating and wonderful including Reese, Dylan, Sydney, Will, and Caiden. Even Karen with the house, staff is very responsive and does a wonderful job as to all of them. The Emporium is a great restaurant that we ate at man...

The rooms are very clean, with no strong or unpleasant hotel cleaning chemical smell. I didn’t try the restaurant or the food. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. There are record players in the rooms, and you can grab and play records. You can also get instruments to play. The atmosphere is very pleasant and calming.

I expected a bit more for the price. The standout feature was definitely the record player in each room being able to borrow classic Western music vinyls was a charming touch and gave the stay some personality. But beyond that, the facilities felt underwhelming. Even the breakfast buffet, which should be a highlight at this level, had a surprisingly limited spread. Overall, it’s a nice concept, b...
