Hotel is really nice, almost perfect, HOWEVER: there was some terrible ringing bell at 8:00 in the mornig that was ringing until 9:00 many times. ; The orange juice in the restaurant (which was a bit cold) was very dillited. ; I also didn't understand why the hot chocolate mist be paoed since it's not so highly demanded.

Very nice hotel in town, a walking distance from the main attractions and restaurants. We had a very big room with a mezzanine which was nice but wasn't very convenient if one wants to use the toilet at night. Also the pillows weren't very comfortable and the duvet was single which wasn't great either but overall a great stay. The spa is great with a swimming pool and sauna.

I would have given a 4 or even 5-star review if the hotel didn't adopt such a greedy approach towards customers who have already paid a substantial amount. 60 PLN a day for parking? Even London would be impressed. Over 60 PLN for a small pizza is excessive, especially when I paid 9 PLN for extra olives and receiv...
