This resort has my heart, we booked 4 rooms (mountain views) stayed for 5 nights and had one of the best moments of our lives. We did receive 2 days of snow, 1 day of rain while staying here. Do not recommend this hotel. Started with our arrival, no help on the stairs with our bags. We ha heavy bags we had to take out the taxi ourselves and up the stairs to to the hotel. Is this hotel 5 star?? The restaurant advertised on the internet that we wanted to visit was permanently closed (why wasn't this advertised). Some of the pools were closed too for maintenance, but luckily not the ones ...

It was an amazing stay, the place is great. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. My issue is a bit strange but I let it slide. 3 out of the 4 doors in my executive suite had issues. (The 3rd door was the main one which you had to kick it to the side to close it properly)
