Room was well designed, complete with Aesop amenities and comfortable bedding. Staff, food and onsite gym were great. Only knocked a point due to the unhoused population that surround the hotel, which at times feels unsafe. Something to consider if you’re traveling alone / nature of your trip to SF.

Fantastic boutique decor and exceptional service. Rooftop bar and restaurants were beautiful and very accessible as a hotel guest. Agreed that the block it’s on is unfortunately very shady. There was very helpful security guarding the front door and I only walked in daylight (and only on to Market) and always just ubered back. I’m glad I have this location a chance and it was a great stay!

Really nice folk. Free champagne as I walked in, free coffee as I walked out. And the experience in between, was great. Highly recommend this hotel. Nice farmers market nearby on Sunday.
