We booked here last minute, and found that our room had a bed with absolutely no support. It was so floppy that it was intensely painful on our backs to lie down on top of the bed covers for just a couple minutes. This was only half an hour after we checked in in the afternoon, so we called down to the office and they told us that the beds are like that but that theyd send us a board to put undern...

A great hotel with an artistic vibe. I especially liked the hippo door knobs. The rooms were clean and spacious. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel or ear in its restaurant. You can park at a discount ($30 per 24h) in the Te Papa parking. Take your parking ticket to reception on checking out.

I stayed here recently for a business trip, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s easily one of the most unique hotels in town, with a fantastic, quirky ambience that makes it stand out from your typical corporate stay. The overall vibe of the place really adds something special to a work visit. The service was good, and the rooms themselves were comfortable and well-appointed. However, ...

Spent 2 nights, Dec 25&26th, in a Harbour view room. Room 436, was light bright and stylish. Plenty of space, with comfy chair & side table and a desk set up. The room and balcony artwork was amazing. Great view and balcony. Awesome bathroom with large tub and great amenities including super soft robes, Dyson hairdryer even bath salts for the huge tub. All the staff we met were great as was the fo...

An excellent stay and the standout of the three QT properties we visited. Stylish, comfortable and exceptionally well priced for what’s offered. What stood out: • Room: we stayed in a Grand Harbour Balcony Room, which was beautifully decorated, very well laid out and absolutely worth the upgrade • Value: outstanding — this is what clearly pushes it into five-star territory • Pool & spa: we really...

We were only there one night with breakfast included. We were told on two separate occasions breakfast was served 6am onwards, we needed to leave by 6.45am so believed this was perfect. We discovered in the morning breakfast was actually served from 6.30am! When we asked if we could get the price of breakfast refunded we were told this was possible as it’s ‘part of the package’, so it would appear...
