Exceptionally Poor Experience – Absolutely Not a 5-Star Hotel We stayed at NUO Hotel Beijing from 20–22 December (winter), room 2220 and this was hands down one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Despite branding itself as a luxury 5-star hotel, NUO Hotel feels more like a basic business hotel, falling far short of true luxury service standards. Calling this a 5-star hotel...

After travelling for almost 24 hours, we arrived at the hotel for the employee to tell us that the room that we already booked and paid for is not available and that we should wait for an hour almost for another room to be cleaned. which is unprofessional. However the staff attitude was very nice but it is not okay to pay for a room and not to have it!

The best hotel in Beijing. I have been living in China almost all my life and I remember how great Nuo hotel was 10 years ago. And now we are in 2025 and it s even better. The best breakfast with so many choices with Asian and Western food. Great hotel decor and room designs. They always have some complimentary gifts. Everything is top! This is def my most favorite hotel in Beijing.

(The others were chain hotels.) The staff were super friendly, the service was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. It also had a nice charm and attention to detail that you don’t usually find in chain hotels. I rea...

Service is very friendly and up to speed. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of Chinese and western food für breakfast and dinner. Around the hotel there are some hip bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is a bi...

All in all one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at! The service was great, rooms were clean, spa was beautiful… the best part about the hotel is the scent!! Still trying to find a way to buy the fragrance of the Nuo in a candle. 😂 Highly recommended!
