The Good: - Clean, spacious rooms with tall windows and a lot of natural lights. - Breakfast is the bomb! Salmon, Ikura and Scallop Bowls all the way. Eggs can be ordered from the table via the QR code. - Gym is pretty decent with dumbbells, notched “treadmills” and water rowing machine. - Very close to the slope and NISS (Niseko International Skiing School) so you can rent or register for classes...

Fantastic new hotel! Beds were so comfortable and I had the best sleep. I stayed in late January and loved the location as it was a short walk ~150m(?) to Hanazono ski lifts. It’s not technically ski in/ ski out but the personal ski lockers and rental gear shop nearby made everything quite convenient. The hotel has its own semi-regular shuttle into Hirafu or Kutchan town. That was a great service ...

Great new hotel in the Hanazono area of Niseko. Ski-in and ski-out. Fantastic onsen with great sauna. Gym is decent in size and has latest equipment. Rooms are of reasonable size and very modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet okay. Restaurant is also great option for dinner to avoid frustration with expensive and reservation-only restaurants in the various townships. Also convenient...

Waking up to a spectacular view of the ski runs was unforgettable and added to the charm of our stay. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a delicious mix of Western and Asian cuisine. The Eggs Benedict was espe...

Not ski-in-out. With boots on and skis on your shoulder, it quite a walk to to closest gondola. Slow elevator. The onzen looks cool but not very user friendly and looks like an European bath. Good point: hot spring water in the room. Room is bright. Not recommend for skiing despite it the "World's Best Ski Hotel in 2025". I think the award was not done by skiers.

We stayed this hotel for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei on top floor. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days, but most of the days are foggy in winter, made me amazing without any expectation. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing,...
