Overall a solid hotel in a good location (depending on your priorities - close to the train/metro/NRT bus and a 24h Donki, but farther than other hotels from the central areas of Ginza or Tokyo station/Nihombashi). Rooms are clean and sized as expected for Tokyo but the bathrooms could use an update and there was a slight odor to the room. Bed and bedding were comfortable and the room was easily c...

I don’t write many hotel reviews, but this one is worth sharing. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the staff moved me to a non-smoking room immediately and without complication—an early indication of how smoothly the hotel operates. The views from both the lobby and my room were striking and became something I looked forward to each day. The lobby experience stood out in particular: subt...

I would not recommend staying here. It was 53°F outside, yet the room was extremely hot with the AC set to 68°F. The hotel requires you to leave a vent near the window cracked open, which lets in constant noise from passing cars — and even then, the room still felt uncomfortably warm. We were initially given a smoking room (despite not requesting one) and had to switch to a non-smoking room the ...

Overall, hotel staff and service were were lovely. Location was all right, but not close enough to a major station for my liking. Deluxe rooms were spacious and comfortable. However we had major issues with the hotel room AC. Both rooms we stayed in were far too warm, notably at least 10 degrees Fahrenheit warmer than the hallway. It made the rooms incredibly uncomfortable.

The view from our room was fabulous, and the staff were very nice. The location was okay, but not on the direct train line from the main Tokyo station. However, the carpets in the hallways and in the room looked quite unclean and everything smelled of cigarette smoke (we were on a non-smoking floor). The room itself, aside from the carpet, was smaller than I was expecting for the level of hotel...

Great location, decently sized room, great views from the lobby and decent amenities. However, the service and politeness levels varied from staff to staff. I would like to give a special shout out to Miss Yukari Hashimoto and Mr Abe who went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
