Other popular highlights include the comfortable beds and high-quality Muji amenities (including sleepwear and toiletries), a generous complimentary happy hour or lounge time, and the hotel's excellent central location.
3. Room Quality
The 79 guest rooms, spread across the 7th to 10th floors, are celebrated for their thoughtful and efficient design, even in the smaller configurations. Rooms feature air conditioning, private bathrooms, and modern amenities like tea/coffee makers, hairdryers, and work desks. Many appreciate the comfortable beds with mattresses informed by sleep research, soft bath towels, and lighting designed for natural slumber. Signature Muji products are integrated throughout, from the sleepwear to the bath products. You could take home the slippers as well. The price was steep but overall it f...

This an amazing hotel. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff. The rooms are unique and all the produces are from the Muji store that you are part of. Evening drinks is a lovely touch, with nibbles, soups and noodles. The location is great for getting around it is just a quick walk to trains, metro etc and Toyko station is not far. As it is mainly a shopping area it is quiet in the mornings and ...

I stayed at the Muji Hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. Everything is spotless, impeccable cleanliness, a perfectly maintained bathroom, very soft towels, and lovely Muji products available. The atmosphere is wonderfully calm with no noise at all. The bed, despite its beautiful cotton sheets, was unfortunately not comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Another downside: t...

Really great location in Ginza near the train station. The separate elevator specifically for the hotel is convenient. Wish we could request different snacks for the room because we were not a fan or the cheese pretzels or marshmallows. The happy hour had lots of different snacks and drinks to try. The bathroom was very spacious and clean.

This hotel is conveniently located in Ginza. I love the design and esthetics of the room, surprisingly spacious for two. A plus on the bedding as it was one of our more comfortable sleeps in Japan! Loved the extra amenities that came with the room as well (who doesn'tlive Muji!), don't forget about the bottled oolong tea in the mini fridge! Guests also have access to the lounge every evening for c...
