It was my second time staying here and I was delighted to return. Matt and his team took such good care of us. The rooms are beautiful and so well appointed. The whole hotel as an operation is slick and impressive. The food on Radio Rooftop was exceptional. Its location cannot be beaten. Breakfast we had in our room, and it was yummy. Another impeccable stay, all in all. I highly recommend.

This Hotel thinks it is off-strip in Vegas. Too stark and cold. No art or personality. The minimalistic, nightclub type feel is out of place in London. It totally lacks charm or warmth. The staff is great. I expect a British charm and feel from a London Hotel. Would not recommend as an experience. Price and location are fine.
