This hotel is located immediately next to the King's Cross in St Pancras stations, it is extremely convenient for travellers. It has lovely, well lit rooms, and feels very posh without being snooty. There is a lovely little bar, and a delightful restaurant in the second floor. In spite of being at a busy travel intersection, the rooms themselves are very quiet. I very much enjoyed my stay here

The Kaya is well-situated, just off of Kings Cross Station - ideally placed for a quick stop over. My stay at the Kaya was 4/10 - for a handful of reasons: Room Temperature: Despite my stay being in the middle of December, and the outside temperature being 6C, my room was just far too hot. Unfortunately, I did not sleep at all the full night for this reason. The air conditioning isn't really air...

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, perfectly located for an early trip on the Eurostar! The rooms are very comfortable and really quiet. The bar and restaurant have great ambience and are lovely spaces to relax in. The staff are fantastic going out of their way to be helpful and there are some lovely touches including complimentary home made cake in the pantry for the bedrooms. Will definitely stay again.

Extremely poor communication and missing property My recent stay was marred by a complete lack of accountability from the management. A package delivered to the hotel has gone missing, and despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, I have received no response. Furthermore, I still haven't received my hotel folio/final bill. The lack of basic customer service and follow-through is unaccepta...
