Stayed here for 2 nights to attend a local wedding. Staff were very accommodating and professional. The room was exceptional. Very spacious and with all amenities overlooking the courtyard. Robes, slippers, great selection of tea and coffee, huge bathroom with roll top bath and large shower. Extra large bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Evening receptionist seemed quite agitated when asking questions. No staff on bar so had to wait ages to be served a drink. Parking is underground and costs £15 which i think is outrageous. Room was comfortable but was not very clean in areas, had air-conditioning on full blast in the middle of winter! No info on how to actually order room service just says look at guest guidance (non provided). B...

We were in Henley and wanted somewhere ‘not high street’ for a quick coffee. The person at Reception spotted us arriving in the large, spacious bar/lounge, came over, took our order for 2 espressos with hot milk on the side very meticulously, charged us over ten pounds and politely asked us to take a seat in the ‘Library’. Five minutes later, her colleague came bearing a large tray with 2 huge cu...

Had so much potential but let down. Called ahead and Mentioned it was a friends birthday. £42.95 for a bottle of Prosecco seemed steep, I’m surprised nothing is offered for birthdays especially with a group booking. The staff then Tried to charge the birthday girl on check in (i warned them she had booked and I would pay) this ruined the nice surprise we hoped to achieve. I paid on check out and...

Stayed for two nights for a family christmas get together. I have to say other than not having an elevator which is handy for luggage, it was hard to fault. The staff couldnt have been nicer and the food quality and bar service were excellent. I will stay here again.
