It was a great experience. The staff was very kind and helpful before, meanwhile our stay. Mostly the lady at the reception who speak multiple languages (we have greatly appreciated that). Also, the room and the bathroom was spacious even if no proper window. The towels are nice and the robes too. It was a nice stay and the spa room is very warmful and very dedicated for relaxation. 4 stars, for ...

Leon’s Place in Rome exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of hot and cold options that made each morning feel special. The complimentary wellness spa — complete with a sauna, steam shower, and jacuzzi — was a fantastic bonus and perfect for unwinding after exploring the c...

I’m giving this place three stars — which honestly feels a bit generous — for several reasons. The hotel itself isn’t awful, but it looks nothing like the photos and overall feels quite neglected. To be fair, the staff was very friendly. When we arrived, the first room we were given had a strong, nauseating smell. We asked to be moved and they switched us immediately, which we appreciated. The se...

Review from a client that stayed in September 2025: All of the staff were helpful and pleasant - they helped us book taxis, find restaurants, and obtain items we needed! Loved the atmosphere of the lobby bar as well. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom/tub. The location was great - blocks away from the train station and easy to explore the city! Would definitely stay here...

Very helpful and friendly staff. We got there earlier but they checked us in anyways.they send the bottle of wine to the room courtesy of my husband's birthday.so many great restaurants and Gelato places around. Most of historical places are a 30 minutes walk from the hotel.

I am sorry to report that our 5-night stay at Leon's Place (306) was a terrible experience. An air conditioning leak flooded the room foyer on two different nights. Plop plop all night long. When we left the room one day at 6 AM for a day of touring, we asked the front desk to take care of the leak and the flood. To our surprise, we returned to the room at 3 PM that day, after touring, and the roo...
