They feature a modern, minimalist design with stylish wooden floors and classic white walls, accented by blackout curtains. Comfort is paramount, with "super comfy beds," "super comfortable double mattresses," and "divine feather duvets" ensuring a good night's sleep. Rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as Nespresso coffee machines, high-quality tea facilities, flat-screen TVs, and L'Occitane toiletries in the bathrooms. Some rooms offer garden views, while others provide city views. Bathrooms are compact yet stylish, with new fixtures and rainfall showerheads.

The hotel's restaurant, Maison Louise – Kitchen, is noted for its "outstanding cuisine". Common Complaints
While largely positive, some minor criticisms have been noted by guests. Older reviews mentioned some rooms as being "pretty old" with "small and creaky beds" and bathrooms needing a repaint, although more recent feedback emphasizes the success of the hotel's renovation. Some guests found the heating system confusing, as it appeared to be centrally adjusted despite in-room thermostats. A few guests noted the absence of smart TVs in rooms, requiring requests for HDMI cables, and inconsistent availability of complimentary coffee in the hallway. Noise insulation was a concern for one guest with a room overlooking an interior courtyard, where a church bell was audible. Additionally, the on-site gym is described as "very small". While breakfast is highly praised, some guests found it expensive if not included in their rate. Lastly, a desk for working was occasionally missed in some superior rooms.

This hotel absolutely lived up to the standard.. great experience from start to finish 👍🏼 It was a very short 1-day trip, but I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nice and in a good location. The crew overall is also very good and friendly. I didnt give 5 stars only because of a receptionist called Ester. The hotel management should train her again about how to speak to the guests. There is no point to upset tourists over nothing.
