Beautiful décor and good location, but at over €3,000 a night over Xmas you’d expect a quiet room (not the room over the loading bay that we got, with random motor engines roaring till 10:30pm and starting again at 6:20am, every day). You’d also expect a more attentive service than the average room service we got (broken glass on the bathroom floor that no one picked up even after we collected it)...

This was my second time staying at this property and I will certainly be back. You can't beat the location! You are located on the mountain, with amazing restaurant options on site, walking distance to live music, après ski and the most AMAZING views. The service is top notch and extremely accommodating.

I came to Le Coucou for New Year’s Eve expecting fireworks… unfortunately, the only thing exploding was my disappointment. The evening was very bad from start to finish. The food presentation looked like it had given up on life, and the taste followed the same philosophy. For a place at this price point, it was honestly considered a shame : fine dining prices with cafeteria-level memories. New Ye...

This hotel is absolutely exceptional — it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed for four nights to ski and celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and every moment was unforgettable. We were given a stunning chalet with breathtaking views of the mountains and ski lifts. The ski room staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable — having warm boots put on for you each morning was such a luxury!...

Where to begin! Our stay at Le Coucou was magical from start to finish. The concierge team, in particular Jeremy, made sure we got every tough reservation we wanted. Upon check-in we were greeted with friendly smiles and impeccable service. Our room overlooked the slopes and every evening our children were greeted with a new amenity -- from stuffed animals, to pastries, to cake and more! On my bir...

TL;DR: Choose this hotel if you want to get your things stolen, get sick, and be treated badly/discriminated against aka ruin your vacation. We stayed in this hotel from January 7th to 12th and it was possibly the worst decision we made. After spending over 8000 euros, we have left feeling sick and completely unhappy. Here are some reasons why: 1. Management and reception: We had booked a Presti...
