Uzerche is a beautiful little town and a suitable setting for this wonderful hotel. We stayed 2 nights this year after a short 1-night stop last year and had a super stay. The food in the restaurant is superb and close to Michelin standard so the prices are in fact very reasonable. We will be back!

I was reading some few comments about a negative price performance level of the restaurant. Especially about the low temp. cooked beef. This motivated me to try this beef to get a own opinion.
