Uzerche is a beautiful little town and a suitable setting for this wonderful hotel. We stayed 2 nights this year after a short 1-night stop last year and had a super stay. The food in the restaurant is superb and close to Michelin standard so the prices are in fact very reasonable. We will be back!

I was reading some few comments about a negative price performance level of the restaurant. Especially about the low temp. cooked beef. This motivated me to try this beef to get a own opinion. Great hotel, super service and nice rooms. Our room had a fabulous view over the gorge. Very dog friendly! We also had a lovely family lunch here and they were very attentive making sure the vegetarian in our party enjoyed delicious food too!

The hotel is an excellent choice to explore the Limousin region and enjoy the comforts of France.
