The hotel is nice but this is not a 5 star hotel. I would say lower 4 star quality at best. Rooms are nice but extremely small (like you cant even open your suitcase really). You do have a thermostat you can adjust which is appreciated. Bathroom and shower are nice but no fan in bathroom and the lock on the door was busted. They advertise 24/7 room service but that is not the case - I was told t...

The building is rather nondescript and the view from our room was looking at another room. Service was excellent and my wife loved her massage. Nice little patio and bar/dining area a the breakfast selection was really good. So a bit of a mixed bag. Location was very good however.

We booked 5 nights. This hotel has no buzz! Maybe because it was later October? The rooms are very small with nowhere to put luggage. Woke up to a large cockroach on bedside table. Went down to inform with picture in hand and ask for a solution as we were out for the day sightseeing and would be back before dinner hour. The women on duty was shocked and seem to understand. When we returned the fr...

Nice and clean hotel. It has friendly staff. I liked everything, just mini-bar was empty and food timing and options of the restaurant was limited. But location is great and its close to Hotel des Invalides, tombstone of Napoleon and also to the Eifel tower.

Overall, it was OK — not terrible by any means, but certainly not what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff was welcoming and the rooms were clean, which is appreciated, but also the bare minimum at this level. The rooms were extremely small. I know Paris hotel...
