Fantastic hotel, phenomenal food and great service. My only grudge is that our room did NOT have a shower. It had a nice jacuzzi tub but NO shower. How can you spend a day on the slopes and NOT take a nice shower? Also, my friend broke his elbow and the hotel drove him down to the clinic, great service. I would stay there again, but insist that I have a room with a walk-in shower, especially ...

It was a very charming room, very cozy and we felt really confortable. The location is amazing as you can ski straight from the hotel so that makes your stay really great. They also helped us to rent our skies and also buy our forfeits. The only thing that we can say it was not perfect was the breakfast, it was Ok but it didn't cost the price it has in our opinion. The staff was really helpful and...

Great hotel. Fantastic location for the slopes but a bit of a hike into town - although no real need to leave the hotel! Room 16 is fabulous - hot tub and steam room in the room😁

Our very favourite hotel in the Alps. We have been coming back twice a year in the winter for many years and we love it. The rooms are beautiful, the service is exceptional and the restaurant is outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants a very special hotel right on the piste, with ski in-ski out.
