Laure Mengus personally orchestrates the service, ensuring a welcoming and attentive atmosphere. 8. Common Complaints

Minor criticisms are rare but have been noted by some guests. One reviewer mentioned finding a cobweb with a spider in their room, although this issue was promptly rectified by the responsive staff. Another guest expressed slight disappointment with a limited menu for consecutive dinners, suggesting a lack of variety for longer stays. While staff are generally praised for language proficiency, a very old review from 2002 indicated that staff were proficient in French, German, or Japanese, which could imply potential language barriers for guests speaking other languages, though more recent reviews don't corroborate this as a significant issue. Wi-Fi quality received a slightly lower average score of 6.9 out of 10 from some guests.
