We stayed at Hôtel A Cheda in Bonifacio during our family holiday last summer. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The setting is charming, surrounded by greenery, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable, the pool area is enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. However, for a 4-star hotel, we expected a slightly higher level of...

The internet didn’t work, and I had to wait 20 minutes for hot water. My room had two floors, but the air conditioning was only upstairs, so I had to choose between freezing while my kids were comfortable or being comfortable while my kids were too hot. There weren’t even towel hangers to hang towels after showering. Definitely not what I expected from a 4-star hotel.

Simply amazing. Good breakfast. Amazing room, or should I say private residence. As our house was detached from others, Deep pool, where you can actually jump. Amazing staff. When we asked if can get a reservation at the popular restaurant in neighboring town, they took care of it. And one more thing, PILLOW CATALOGUE. :-) Would recommend 100%

(If you had specific dishes, mention them here). Expect to be surprised and...

Ideal place to stay in a village minutes away from Bonifacio, Corsica En route to Bonifacio from Porticcio, the gorgeous views alone are worth the ticket. But if ever visiting, stay here: easily worth a weeklong stay, with so many relaxing places to sit or sunbathe, in a natural setting. We got an upgrade to a suite, which was great: couch and desk in one room, with AC all around, plus a jacuzzi ...

We booked A Cheda after researching the island/area and were so looking forward to staying here for a long weekend for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, my wife tested positive for covid the day before travel, so we proceeded to cancel flights, car rental, and dinner bookings (all fine)... until we contacted the hotel to notify them and request if we could move our reservation to a later date or ...
