Horrible room, very noisy till 1am. Bathroom smells. Nice breakfast and polite staff can’t fix it. Definitely not 3 stars hotel. Absolutely overpriced.

Very stylish hall with art deco elements. However state of the room we booked, was disappointing. Old and in urgent need of renovation.

This hotel, steeped in history, has undergone extensive renovations over the years. While the rooms may feel a bit dated, the management makes a commendable effort to keep everything in good condition. Inside this old establishment, you’ll find historical features, notably the antique elevator. This small, manually operated lift is so compact that it can accommodate only two large suitcases at a ...

But my biggest grip was how noisy the room quickly becomes even with a few clients there, no idea who designed the main room but I was a...

We love the art deco style and the friendly staff. For a first we had a room that looked towards the Puy-de-Dome. The main bedroom was very good. The bathroom had most of the right things but in the wrong place. The holder for the shower head was limp and so directed most of the water back onto the wall. Needs a bit of attention to detail.
