For a 4-star hotel, I expected better service and amenities. The standard room is very small. There was nowhere to place the luggage and only one chair for sitting. Clearly not enough employees at reception & other services (breakfast, kitchen etc.). No male employees available to carry heavy suitcases up to the 3rd level room upon arrival, and down again at departure. Why is the restaurant closed? However, the few employees they have try very hard to do their best and to keep smiling. If they had enough employees, we would give a top overall grade.
