What a secret luxurious hotel tucked away like an oasis. We stayed for 3 nights in room 6 which was upstairs. Super helpful staff always. Room is fabulous, with a huge luxurious bathroom and best shower ever. Bed is so comfortable and very quiet at night time. We don't speak Spanish but the staff all tried their best to communicate with us and we all managed perfectly fine. Their restaurant is al...

We stayed at Casa Rodavento for two nights so we could go see the butterfly reserve about two hours away. The hotel is really lovely with a nice bar, heated pool and upstairs hot tub. The hotel was helpful with arranging a driver for us to go see the butterflies, and making a last minute change with him to our schedule the next day. We also really appreciated their flexibility with making us an ea...

My husband and I stayed here for a week during the summer and it was a dream. We rented a room with a balcony to work during the week. We got up early and went for walks and hikes. Loved being in this cute colonial house. The room and shared spaces are beautiful. It was quite quiet despite being in the middle of downtown. It’s walking distance from many restaurants. We had breakfast here every day...

Casa Rodavento Restaurant deserves 6-stars. Absolutely outstanding. Their food it’s carefully crafted to perfection. The service is equally good. I I would not change or add anything to their cocktails as they are balanced in an impossible-to-replicate way. To complete the feast, their desserts are in total synchrony with the rest of the experience: freshly made churros and a parfait-kind of cre...

What a lovely hotel with amazing architecture, delightful food, but most of all, the warmest most hospitable people you will ever meet (from the concierge, to the waiters, groundkeepers, etc.). La Casa Rodavento was one of the best hotels I have traveled to across the globe and I already can't wait to return.
