Before our stay, I called with some questions and Zack was very helpful and professional. When we arrived, everyone at the front desk was very kind and accommodating, including Julia. We stayed on the top floor. The room was really nice and clean. We ordered room service and they got us our food in a timely matter- the hot food was hot and the cold was cold! The next morning we ordered a quick bre...

Stayed in the Penthouse, Billard room. It has been amazing!! Didn't know a hotel room could make me feel more refreshed and re-energized. The staff has been great all hours of day and throughout the night (attended a conference and stayed in lobby until close to 3 am). Location was also great. Walked everywhere. Thank you for a very relaxing and beyond comfortable stay. I appreciate the robes in t...

I am very disappointed in the service at the bar and my to go food. When my husband and I first arrived, nobody greeted us or even acknowledged us. We had to come up close to the register to even get any form of service. Then this girl named Ella finally acknowledged us and took our order, but seemed like she was in a rush. We waited 35 minutes just for ONE philly cheesestake and ONE side salad. J...

Fun and quirky hotel, with the best social spaces I've seen at a property. Huge covered patio, club downstairs and great lobby area. Easy access to a lot of great restaurants. All of the staff was great, but want to give a special shout out to Valencia who took care of us each morning at breakfast. She was upbeat, very attentive and just all around great. (We're a high maintenance crew when it c...

This is the best Hotel Indigo I have stayed at. The rooms were really nicely done with great, cozy lighting. Felt like I was staying in a rental apartment, rather than a hotel. The bar team was great, I spoke with Brooklyn for a while and she provided exceptional customer service. Parking was easy and secure and it's a quick walk to bars, restaurants, and the stadium.

I was excited about staying here. The aesthetics of the place were nice. There was plenty of convenient parking. The check in and out were quick. We stayed in room 320. It was decorated in a modern style. There is a metal door that has a gap at the bottom that lets light and noise from the hallway into the room. The bed was firm but the pillows were hard. When I woke up in the morning the side of ...
