Great location, good rooms. Best thing about this hotel is their service. Both receptionists Dimi and Kostas were very quick in suggesting tourist places and booked for us one day tour of 3 islands. It was great experience too. We recommend this hotel to people visiting Athens.

Stayed here for a few days over new years with my family. Great location, we walked everywhere. We had a spacious room which is hard to find in Europe. The staff were awesome and super attentive. Great restaurant recommendations were given. We would absolutely stay again!!

We stayed here for 2 days and we really enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Dimi and Costas, who provided excellent service, really good suggestions and even helped us book our cruise. We really recommend it to everyone visiting Athens. Major tourist attractions are all within 1 km and there are many transportation options within 100-300 m.

The hotel truly lives up to its name when it comes to service and hospitality! We had such a lovely overnight stay, the staff were all very welcoming and ensuring the comfort of our stay. Beautiful terrace overlooking the city and with views of the Acropolis. The waitress there was so helpful and friendly. When looking for your stay in Athens consider the Pinnacle.

We asked to find a room, and I was told there are no empty rooms available and if we could stay the night with closed electricity. We asked for a solution and they gave us another room. Fine for us. The staff were really wonderful and helpful. Whether they are day staff or night staff, they all delivered excellent service. I would stay at the hotel again if it wasn't for the rooms. I can tell they updated to make it look more modern but unfortunately they did not design for small space. The bathroom sink does not have storage or counter space (they put a pedestal sink) so I had to brush my t...
