The front desk staff all speak English and are very helpful! They stored luggage for me when I left for Porto two days, too! The restaurant/lounge as well as the foyer lounge are cozy and instagramable places to plug in your devices and unwind from the day. The rooms are small but well designed and comfortable. The soaps and shampoo are nice quality! Linens and towels are clean and like new. When ...

Very friendly staff with good location. Room is clean and tidy. They provide everything I need. However the room is super noisy due to bad boise isolation. I hear the clanking noise all the time and other residents’ talking, door opening sounds.

A very nice hotel, a bit further away but the metro is right next door. There are some great boulangeries (even a vegan one) in the area, as well as a great sushi place (panda26). The service was great, very kind staff. Only minor improvement could be some of the systems (our toilet door was a bit hard to open)

Three Times contacting the reception, First Time because the Room smelled like smoke. New Room Had a damaged Card door Opener. So we Had to Go a third time to the reception to get the Keys as well. On our Last day we were waked Up by the fire Alarm which was started by accident 6.30 am. But the Room was fine, a bit small but okay and was perfectly located in the Center of Paris.
