They feature bright color schemes, antique furniture, and modern amenities, providing an "elegant and comfortable retreat" from the bustling city. Guests frequently praise the comfortable beds and the provision of clean and adequate towels. Each room is individually decorated, with some offering charming views of typical Venetian streets. The modern bathrooms are well-equipped with amenities such as a bidet, shower, hair dryer, and free toiletries. While standard rooms are generally well-appointed, some guests have noted that they can be "small and dark" or "extremely small" for two people, particularly when managing luggage. The dining experience, particularly breakfast, receives high marks from guests. It is consistently described as "excellent," "generous," "satisfying," and "amazing," offering a "good selection of hot and cold foods." A varied Italian breakfast, including pastries and hot drinks, is served daily. While a buffet breakfast is available, it typically incurs an additional fee, approximately EUR 25 for adults. • Attractions: Many attractions are within walking distance, including Ca' Pesaro International Gallery of Modern Art (0.39 km), Grand Canal (0.7 km), Rialto Bridge (0.8 km), and Piazza San Marco, which is about a 20 to 25-minute scenic walk. The location is also well-suited for airport transfers.

7. Value & Pricing

Hotel Cà Zusto Venezia is generally considered to offer "good value with quality service" and is described as "reasonably priced" for Venice. One guest even lauded its "quality price in Venice unbeatable." Prices for a 1-night stay for two adults can vary significantly depending on the booking platform and dates, ranging from approximately US$122.49 to US$659. Guests should be aware of a mandatory city tax, which applies per person per night (e.g., EUR 3.10-4.50 for adults, with reductions in January and exemptions for children under 10).

8. Common Complaints

While overall satisfaction is very high, the most recurring criticism pertains to room size. Several guests have described standard rooms as "small" or "extremely small," particularly for two people with luggage, which can make movement challenging. The shower cabins have also been noted as being quite compact. While some reviews mention the lack of a bar/lounge, other sources indicate the presence of one, suggesting this might be an infrequent observation or refer to a limited offering.

Excellent place to stay in Venice, the room I was amazed how clean it was, truly spotless, the reception desk was also very helpful and very kind. I stayed in December and it was super quiet in a very nice location 4 minutes to vaporetto station and 13 minutes to the bus stop for the Marco Polo Airport. I would definitely book again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The man at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. The room was as expected and had everything we needed. The location is also great. Everything is close, but the street is pretty calm.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and very well air conditioned. The water was hot and the water pressure was excellent. Standard buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Very quick and easy walk to any of the attractions that Venice has to offer!

However I would not count this as a 4 star hotel, there are no accommodations that scream elegance.. our room was 1/2 cleaned without changing sheets and towels that were clearly left dirty on the floor and was hoping to have changed out, unfortunately not the case. Breakfast was ok.. have to pay for your own water, and the bathroom w...

Absolutely fantastic hotel, just a 5 minute walk from the station. Quiet location with restaurants and shops close by. Excellent staff, lovely breakfast, large funky rooms with clean comfy beds. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to. I would stay here again for sure! Venice was amazing and the hotel and staff were too! Thank you 🙏🏻
