The hotel was a short walk from the train station. The staff were courteous, kind, gracious, and friendly. The accommodation was inviting, elegant, and modern. The breakfast was delicious with a plethora of choices. Multiple coffee machines meant no line ups for morning coffee. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. The rooftop restaurant was comfortable with amazing food. I would rate this h...

The rooms were clean, spacious, and solidly built, featuring real wooden floors and ceilings that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bar on the fourth floor was a very comfortable place to relax, with the option to sit outside in the patio/ winter garden area, thoughtfully equipped wirh blankets...

We had a wonderful stay at the Bora, over a weekend trip hailing from Zurich. The location was as nice as we imagined, quiet, foggy mornings that open up with sunshine in mid January, a lot of swans and other sea birds at the lake-access surrounding the hotel. We came for the relaxing environment and to spend a lot of time in the hotels' sauna area, where they have a wonderful variety of saunas (...

Very nice establishment! The Japanese room was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The breakfast was varied and served in a very nice and light room. The room 301 has very easy access to spa area as the lift is literally opposite side of the room. The spa area is well maintained, but it was very busy between Christmas and New Year. Bora is easily accessible and offers indoor...

Amazing experience, hotel rooms have great space and a beautiful décor - what most impressed us is the kindness of the staff both at reception and at the restaurant would highly recommend the romantik für zwei package. Domenico at the reception and Antonio at the restaurant both really enhanced our experience. We will be back!

The premises integrate an older sauna compound to make for six saunas and a steam bath in total, as well as an onsen-styled pool and several different relaxing areas, some of them also in Japanese style with tatami floors. The hotel rooms are beautiful, some overlooking the adjacent nature reserve. Gastronomically hotel Bora is ok, but un...
