The staff is very friendly albeit sometimes a bit confused and not everyone speaks English. The facilities is however very nice with big rooms, cozy spa and a very nice lobby. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and was very happy during the stay. The spot gets one star less just because I half of the hotel has a view of the parking spot. Not the worse but it’s good to know when you are booking.

Excellent. Absolutely excellent. The personnel who work at this hotel are exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous. Everybody from the gardener to the receptionists, from the room cleaning staff to the bar tender - all of them are, without exception, polite and attentive.
