Both my partner and I truly enjoyed our stay this weekend. One of the very few places you can actually have lot of quiet. I would describe this place as “quiet luxury”, which really reasonate with our lifestyle. Highlights were the kindness and the attentiveness of the staff, the beautiful room, the breakfast and the amazing Japanese cocktail options at the bar. We also did enjoyed our dinner on t...

Amazing choice for a weekend or a couple of days, only 2 hours from Berlin by train with 20-min walk from the train-station. The hotel is renovated, clean and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a highlight, cheeses, omelets, very complete. There are 5 different saunas e 2 pools (one internal and one external) and relaxation zones, I highly recommend it!

Getaway weekend, last minute. Hmm. Half board, but upon checkin at 4:30pm no seating until 9:30. (overbooked) so they sent us to SeeBad restaurant. A walk away! There, very limited options for our plan, a snarky manager and inattentive waiter, not accommodating of dietary needs. Unsatisfactory. Totally. Spa good, but whirlpool cold and didn’t work. Good service there. Piano Bar good! Second dinner...

We were once in October and it was wonderful. But now in winter, it's catastrophic, the air in the room is bad, there's no heater, it's really annoying, cause you hear the ventilation all the time. How am I supp6to sleep and relax while it's making loud noises? Spa: saunas are really good and strong, but it's really overbooked. The relaxing area always busy, there no chance to find a free space...

I've been coming to your hotel for over 10 years and hope to continue to do so, but there are some issues recently that have left me feeling that you no longer care so much about your guests. The breakfast buffet remains a highlight, with a large selection. However, recently you started asking guests to pay extra for smoked salmon by placing a small sign on the buffet. If you don't want to serve ...

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our visit to the lovely town of Bad Saarow. The location is peaceful and charming, and the hotel itself is overall quite nice. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was standard for a buffet - eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, tea, coffee everything you would expect. However, there were very few fruits, and...
