Good location- Many shuttle you want to go. Great service- kind assistance. Clean room-No complaining. Qualified amenities-byredo Good customer service I found- was sick due to uncomfortable vomit and should wait till pharmacy open. But they sent hot water and honey with lemon to relieve stomach. It was so helpful to do travel we had remained. Will visit again soon.

Some of the best hotel service I’ve ever experienced. Took a loved one for their birthday and the staff at the Conrad went above and beyond to make the one-night stay extraordinary. Good service, spent 3 nights with my extended family. Booked 1 suite and 3 rooms, staffed placed bear/balloon/snacks/wine for all rooms. Spacious room, well maintained, nicely decorated. Eiffel tower view isn't great, rooms were facing another hotel tower. Very wide breakfast variety and nice food, but would be great with more seats

We had a suite for two adults and two children, we had to fight for a while to get a fourth bed because first there could not be two extra beds and the child would have to sleep on the sofabed. The sofabed was not allowed to be used the next night due to fire safety risks but in the end everything worked out well with the manager.
