Check in area is very spacious and grand. Hotel design itself is a marvel. Ran into an issue with our room. Managers Yolanda and Garlin did their best and found a resolution. Jack during breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Arnold at the gym went above and beyond showing the equipment without being promted; just proactively tried to help. The water show at the hotel is also excellent. Mediterr...

For a hotel at this price point, guests naturally expect a much higher level of service. Morpheus shouldn’t be charging five-star rates while delivering an experience that often feels closer to three stars. A hotel’s reputation can’t rely solely on the fact that it’s a Zaha Hadid–designed property. What matters just as much is how the Guest Services and Front Office teams handle issues, communicat...

We had a great stay at Morpheus. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped and the service was superb. Hysan from the front desk was helpful and he showed us the art exhibition on the 23/F as well as the Horst photo exhibition that was on display in the mall. Housekeeping was wonderful and took care of us in the most minute details -- for example, they tidied up our phone cables with Mor...

Great place to stay. Club lounge is excellent. New and modern. Location is great in the Cotai gambling strip. Only problem is guests smoking. Make sure you get non smoking room if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Smoking is unfortunately prevalent in the hotel by guests. This is common in Macau, not just restricted to Morpheus hotel.
