- Sound Insulation: Despite excellent glass soundproofing, some reviews indicate that sound insulation in rooms can be an issue, with noise from street musicians, traffic, or even disturbances from upper-floor restaurants (like moving chairs or vacuuming) being audible. Earplugs are occasionally provided during turndown service, suggesting this is a known concern.
- Bed Comfort: A small number of guests have mentioned issues with bed comfort.
- Check-in Delays: Some reviews have cited occasional check-in delays.

My arrival at the hotel was perfect. I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality. Check-in couldn’t been better and I was (as always) given an early check-in! I was accompanied to my room by Victor from the excellent Butler service team and was blown away by the beautiful room with a balcony and a view on the Point Neuf. He opened a bottle of Ruinart and I honestly felt like a movie star...

All I can say is wow. This was our first time staying in a Cheval Blanc property and it absolutely blew us away. We booked a junior suite balcony room and it felt like a bit of a splurge, but after checking out I can say that it was worth every penny. The level of beauty, service, hospitality, etc. etc. matches the price. Our terrace had a STUNNING view of the river and the Eiffel Tower as well as...

Dined at Langosteria, the Italian restaurant, on Friday, 9/19. Was seated, and no one came to wait on us, leave a menu, offer water, cocktails, etc. Had to wave a waiter down to get waited on. We found the quality of food not matching the atmosphere or prices for such a property. Food was mediocre at best. Just not worth it.

The worst most disgusting food is served at the hotel restaurant bar and terrace. What I don’t understand is how can a family with such taste serve food of the sort. Nothing on the menu is edible
