  • Room-Specific Issues: Wi-Fi connectivity can be spotty in some rooms, and inconsistent water pressure in glass-walled showers has been mentioned. Ground-floor lanai rooms have also been reported to feel damp. Additionally, some beach views might be obstructed by foliage.
  • Pool Area: The rooftop pool area is described as "quite small" and can become crowded if a large group takes over the loungers.
  • Food Variety: While quality is high, a few guests wished for more variety in the menu offerings.
  • Family Amenities: The hotel is geared more towards couples, offering limited family-friendly amenities.

We had the most amazing vacation in this magical place! Loved the staff-so friendly and welcoming. Location-best in DR! Design-absolutely perfect! Gardens- spectacular! Service- unbelievable. Too many knocking on our room door, but it was all positive! Food-very tasty and nice. Pool&hot tub-the most perfect spot of the hotel. We would definitely return and recommend to others 🤩

This place is wonderful if you like perfect service, incredible people and a quite place. The nicest place on the island at least in Puerto Plata. Our room was quite large with a soaking tub, full bath and a half bath. The restaurants were also great.
