3. Room Quality
Autor Rooms comprises just four rooms, each distinct in size and style, meticulously designed by Polish creatives including architect Mateusz Baumiller. The rooms are described as well-equipped, beautifully designed, classy yet understated, and offering a luxurious and homely feel. They feature large windows, comfortable beds, and a thoughtful mix of vintage and contemporary Polish furnishings. Original wooden floors, doors, and windows have been retained in the historic tenement building. Each room includes a built-in "box" bathroom with a shower, designer toiletries (Tołpa and Yope cosmetics), and a hairdryer.
Specific room details mentioned include:
- Room 1410: The smallest and coziest, facing Lwowska street.

This indicates that while the value is high for those seeking a distinctive boutique experience, it may be considered expensive by some.
8. Common Complaints
While the vast majority of reviews are highly positive, one recurring criticism noted is that the "Price is too high for the comfort" for some guests. Additionally, being in an older tenement house, it may include some "quirks of an older home". There is no front desk at this property, and guests need to contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival to make check-in arrangements.

Excellent place to stay in Warsaw. Great location. Friendly service and staff. All the rooms and spaces are unique and well curated. You can tell that the owners have a passion for what they are do and work hard to display a wide range of polish design and graphic talent. The breakfasts are exceptional, typical polish style breakfast, with great seasonal and local specialties. I Highly recommend ...

One of my favourite hotels that I’ve stayed at. Fantastic location, and super friendly staff who made us feel so welcome. The room (and hotel) is very well designed, no detail has been over looked. Bed was comfy, and overall a really great base to explore Warsaw from. We stayed in room 1777 and would recommend.

Very beautiful place with lot of love for the details. Extremely friendly stuff and host. The whole concept is a huge apartment over 100 years old that we transformed into a boutique like hotel. All rooms are different in size and style and I have to say, I just loved it here.

Autor is both classy and understated. In a great location. The rooms are well equipped and beautiful designed. Big windows and lots of space makes this both luxurious and homely.

Thank you for such a nice review.

The black room was not cosy. Price is too high for the comfort. In warschau you will find a lot of hotels who are much better for that very high price! Disappointing after reading al those excellent reviews.
