Was ok. Room had a musty smell on arrival, which you eventually got used to. Indoor pool with retractable roof was nice. Small gym. Attention to detail could be improved. This is a very nice hotel. They take security seriously. You have to have your room card to get the elevator to go up to your floor. And you can't go to any other floor besides the one where your room is. The elevator itself is so smooth operating you're not even sure sometimes that it's moving. This hotel goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The team are extremely helpful especially Nikoletta who ensured we enjoyed our breakfast each day and assisted us in securing restaurant reservations as we only speak English. Stayed here for a week - had an amazing experience! Jose at reception was very helpful and kindly gave me some recommendations on things to see in the neighborhood. My room was always cleaned on time and the provided anything extra that I asked for (eg a kettle). Overall great experience!
