The photos online do not reflect the reality of the hotel. Hub Porteño is not a true five-star property — the level of service and attention to detail are far below what one would expect for this price range (over USD 1,000 for 3 nights). There is no proper concierge or real guest service, and many small details throughout the property feel neglected. To make matters worse, there was a strong sme...

The staff are AMAZINGLY AWESOME - always there to assist, answer questions, and make you feel like you're at your home away from home. There is an excellent Peruvian/Japanese fusion restaurant (LIMA) in the hotel itself (and a gourmet vegetar...

Amazing hotel find. It has it all —location, excellent rooms, excellent restaurant, highly knowledgeable and helpful staff. I don’t leave reviews very often (and generally ditch exclamation marks out of distrust for them), but I do when I run into an exceptional place.
