It serves refined contemporary interpretations of authentic Argentinian specialties, accompanied by an impressive selection of local wines, including the area's renowned Torrontes and Tannat. Guests praise the delicious food and the helpfulness of the restaurant staff. Breakfast, which is included, is a highly-rated buffet featuring a wide array of fruits, cereals, eggs, and breads, often enjoyed on a terrace overlooking the pool and vineyards. The estate itself provides a wealth of activities, including an equestrian center, a championship golf course, and extensive trails for hiking and biking. 8. Common Complaints

While overwhelmingly positive, a few minor criticisms have been noted by guests. One review mentioned a desire for more warmth from the spa staff. Another guest experienced incorrect orders at the restaurant, attributing it to potential English language barriers with some waiting staff. Additionally, a crucial point for international travelers is to be aware of local tax laws; one guest advised carefully checking reservations to ensure exemption from the 21% VAT for foreigners paying with foreign credit cards, as this was reportedly an issue they encountered.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had in Argentina, and (ironically) the most expensive. We stayed one night and were initially impressed by the employees, view and facilities. That impression vanished around 1:00 a.m., when we went to bed and discovered numerous small insects crawling over our pillows, bed, walls and floor. Completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that ...

Avoid unless you want to get scammed. The management is clearly trying to rip of tourists and has "special deals" with local providers. I booked this place because of its nice activity brochure. I was quite surprised a half day of horse back riding was quoted for 170USD, however a few days before arriving at the hotel, I informed me the provider increased the price to 270USD and that it didn't inc...

We did not stay at the hotel, opting out to rent a house located at the same property. However, we stopped by every day for a glass of wine and the view. Absolutely gorgeous! They offer local rose that is very unique and has french flavor. One of the days we came for dinner and it was a surprise. Food is not something special, I would call comfort food. The quality of preparation and presentation ...

Had an excellent stay. The attention from the staff was excellent. The hotel is incredibly quiet, clean and well maintained. They were very accommodating with all of our requests. Massages at the spa were one of the bests I’ve had. Sometimes the music during breakfast was a bit intense.

I do not recommend, and will never be coming back to this hotel. The hotel itself and the activities are nice. However, you can expect 0 standing. The receptionists are absolutely not nice and not helpful. We had an issue with our room, so they changed us without even apologizing ,to the same room category - that was disgustingly dirty. The floor were covered by dust, the windows disgusting, and t...

The winery hotel is really wonderful. Nice views, great rooms, quiet and privacy house! Nice foods of the restaurant. Reception service has been kind. The SPA and massage service, including the facilities are so wonderful. The only short-come should be the English ability of the waiters in the restaurant because offer us the wrong dishes we ordered even we have double confirmed with them with the ...
