We had a very bad experience during our stay. Yesterday, due to an emergency in my brother’s room, we rushed out and accidentally left our room cards inside. Unfortunately, there was no reception available at the time. We contacted a lady from the hotel staff, and she was extremely rude to us. Stopped by Zakopane for a few days while traveling Europe. Hit this spot before taking the train to Prague 🙂 this place was so cute!! I loved everything about this hotel. very very clean, we had an outdoor area. breakfast wasn't anything too crazy but it was in a nice sunroom

We loved Villa Nova! The style is very warm and welcoming and the room was just georgeous. The wood all around feels very cosy. The breakfast was outstanding and we couldn't wish for more! We would definitely book it again!

The room was great, very cozy and spotless, with a lovely balcony offering an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. Highly recommend!
