Beautiful hotel in Verona with a professional staff. I appreciated the pillow menu and the high pressure shower. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and we enjoyed a drink on the roof with many treats from the chef. Would highly recommend.

We have arrived to Vista Verona with a goal to buy some products of Biologique Recherche. I have explained the beauty manager, that I have dry skin and I need nightly cream. She has adviced some products, also Creme ADN Metamorfique, which I bought. So it seems the consultant is not very experienced, because my skin is still dry after the using the named cream.

Wow, wow, wow a beautiful boutique. The location, customer service, room and food were all outstanding. The little extras in the room and parting gift really made the difference between an ordinary hotel and this extra special one. Would definitely recommend

Most of the issues I outlined were not acknowledged at all, which reflects poorly on how this hotel is trained to handle guest feedback. The hotel photographs well, but when you look past the surface, the execution falls short of what you’d expect from an establ...
