The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The hotel claims to be five-star, but it doesn’t even deserve one star—absolutely shameful! We’ve stayed in many beautiful hotels around the world, but this one felt very special. My husband and I loved our stay here so much. The property is massive and stunning- the rooms are perfectly decorated, spacious, clean, luxurious but also intimate. The service was outstanding.
