Really bad experience with the front office, with shocking sentence received by email : "I'll leave aside the fact that children's hidden expenses are equal to or even higher than those of adults." This hotel charges 150€ for a one year baby cot ! Just crazy ! Why not being fair and honest with your customers and just choose to be an "Adults only" hotel.

Well you it could have started so badly, when we arrived at the reception with our 2 dogs. To be told they did not know we had 2, they only accept 1. Lovely luxury hotel in a great location. Beautiful comfortable rooms and really fabulous bar (and bartender!) Only not 5* due to the dog policy: they are allowed to stay but not go in the restaurant or gardens. For me it would be better just to disallow them, as it’s complicated otherwise
