Overall, these complaints appear to be isolated and do not significantly detract from the highly positive guest experience.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. The rooms, the staff, the location and the restaurant are amazing. I highly recommend eating dinner at the restaurant. The food is delicious and the chef is very personable. He stopped by our table multiple times to ensure our experience was perfect. Make sure to visit the bar and ask for Luka. He makes wonderful drinks and ensures everyone feels at home.
