Great one night weekend escape. Filled to the brim with luxury. Facial at spa. Sauna and steam room after gym workout and semi private exercise session with trainer (due to no one else joining). Great room with wonderful view over the park. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely breakfast at LaCroix.

Check-in times not honored ... supposed to be 3p but they said they would have to call when the room was actually ready. Charged for a breakfast they didnt provide, which the desk clerk said would be credited, and then they disputed it with Amex and the charge wasnt fixed. Rooms are tired, service is poor. Location is very good ... but we would never stay here again.

The room was gorgeous and had everything we could want. The coffee bar was my ...

I tried to reach management several times with no call back! Horrible and rude front desk staff acted like they did not want to be there. I asked for a white envelope to leave something for pickup and she snuffed at me and rolle...
