A very nice hotel, located in the very centre of Hamburg. All sightseeings are really close, while the neighbourhood is remarkably quiet and safe. The place is adequately clean and the breakfast that they offer is quite satisfactory. The style is rather "undefined" and that results to not being atmospheric at all. Staff is very polite and helpful despite the first impression of being rather distan...

Great rooms and fantastic location. Rooms on higher levels offer a very nice view. Stuff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is rich and offers lots of choices. Only "negative": there is no restaurant for dinner, so you need to go outside. Otherwise its a great place to stay.

Not a real bathroom, but instead a small toilet and small bath where you had to wash hands and dress in the room where you sleep. The television wasn’t working as it should and couldn’t be fixed. We got two free drinks as compensation. The staff was a bit slow to fill up the breakfast ...

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel this week. Everything was perfect. The hotel is centrally located, around 10 mins walk from the train station and in a nice area. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were more than helpful.
